Chirripo - the tallest mountain in Costa Rica. We didn't climb it, but we hiked a few kilometers of the trail over 2 days.

At low elevations there were breaks in the forest

It was clear in the morning, even at high elevations

The cloud forest canopy

El Tenedor (the Fork) featured a second story balcony overlooking a loud, busy street. We ate dinner on the balcony anyway.

Looking out the front of the bus. Notice the yellow foam thing on the left - the omnipresent chosta rican bus change holder!

Imperial is the beer of choice in Costa Rica. Their logos decorate this liquor store in Perez.
