I went for a hike in Rock Creek Park - our urban national park. It's really nice place to hike around, and parts of it feel suprisingly isolated considering you're in the middle of a big city.

Flowers on Park road on the walk to rock creek park. It is only about a 15 minute walk to the border of the park.

This is what most of the park looks like - what you can't see is the road that is 100 yards away.
